Brian Fox

I have spent twenty years working where AI, media, memory, story, and emerging platforms start to overlap. From early NLP and adaptive storytelling to Meta, patents in generative media, SEEKER, and recent Google work, the through-line has been the same: building systems that understand context, preserve meaning, and help new forms take shape.

Current Focus

From static plans to living systems.

Recent work with Google has been about making the shift legible: how a line of transformer code becomes a recruiting signal, a strategy, and a marker of the world now forming around it.

I am interested in the next layer: systems that help creative organizations move with change — memory, attention, feedback, production, taste — without freezing the work into dashboards.
